ENHANCED ELECTRONIC TRADING SYSTEM FOR CORN

PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION AS EETS SELLER-DEPOSITOR

1. Interested Corn Sellers must register at the NFA GMOD (Central Corn Exchange Center – CEx) / designated Provincial offices (Provincial Corn Exchange Centers – PEx) and secure

2. Accomplish the Seller’s Application Form by providing all required information as indicated in the form

3. Submit the duly accomplished and signed application form together with the following supporting documents to the NFA GMOD (Central Corn Exchange Center – CEx) / Provincial offices (Provincial Corn Exchange Centers – PEx):

For Farmers/Farmers Organizations/Farmers Cooperatives

(Any one of the following)

Copy of Certificate of Registration from government registering agencies (CDA, NIA, SEC, DAR, DOLE, etc.)

Copy of Farmers Passbook (if accredited)

For Traders/Other Sellers (any one of the following)

Copy of the Business Registration (any one of the following)

DTI Registration and BIR registration/TIN

Bureau of Animal Industry and BIR registration/TIN

NFA Registration/License

4. Submission of application form by officially designated representatives or thru e-mail shall be allowed
