Accountable Forms (AF)

The term Accountable Forms is defined as printed and pre-numbered forms, the issuance of which are sequentially controlled. For NFA purposes, documents specified in Exhibit A shall be considered as accountable forms. It may also include obsolete, spoiled or damaged accountable forms.
