Administrative Reconstitution of Title

Another mode of original registration which involves putting together again/restore/ reconstitute transfer of certificate of title without necessity of court proceedings. Transfer certificates of title that were lost or destroyed due to fire, flood or other natural calamities, can be administratively reconstituted (RA 6732).
