- All ALAs for terminal leave, 50% monetization, rehabilitation leave of officials and employees regardless of position shall be subject to the approval of the Administrator.

- ALAs of officials and employees regardless of position for purposes of travel abroad regardless of the number of days shall also be subject to the approval of the Administrator.

- Any of the Assistant or Deputy Administrators can act in behalf of the other in the absence of one.
