a. Suffered stroke due to heart attack or high Maximum of 30 days
blood pressure in the performance of work.

b. Sustained wounds or injuries in the Maximum of 6 months
performance of work

This shall include injuries suffered by
an employee from an accident
that occurred while going to and from
his/her official work or destination.
It should be established however
that the employee did not deviate
from his/her usual regular officeward
or homeward route or that no
interruptions occurred in the trip.
