This is to certify that the purchase of one (1) piece air cleaner element and one (1) piece fuel filter for Cimarron with Plate Number SCJ-214 is to be made without canvass because said vehicle stranded along the North Expressway bound for Cabanatuan City and the installation of the spare part is imperative to make it operational.
