CERTIFICATE OF UNDERTAKING

This is to certify that the waste material shall be submitted upon installation of one (1) piece air cleaner and one (1) pice fuel filter for Cimarron with Plate Number SCJ-214. Repaired unit shall be for post-repair inspection by IAD. The post-repair-inspection Report and the Waste Material Report shall be submitted immediately prior to Post-Audit by COA.

This certification has been issued for whatever lawful purpose it may serve.
