a government agency created pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 and by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 4 as amended by Presidential Decree Nos. 1485 and 1770 with principal office and place of business at 101 Matimyas Building, E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City, represented herein by its Administrator, EMIL L. ONG hereinafter referred to as NFA;
FORD MANTRADE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
, a domestic corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines with office address at Mantrade Building, E. delos Santos Avenue, corner Pasong Tamo, Makati, Metro Manila, represented herein by its Parts Manager, L.S. MENESES, hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER.
W I T N E S S E T H :
WHEREAS

NFA is continously in need of spare parts for Ford vehicles of good quality and at reasonable price;
WHEREA

, NFA invited manufacturers and/or exclusive distributors to submit offers to supply NFA of the aforementioned spare parts to determine the availability, quality and lowest and reasonable price of the same;
WHEREAS
, after due evaluation, NFA has selected the SUPPLIER as an accredited supplier to provide NFA with Ford spare parts, its offer being the most reasonable and advantageous to NFA;
NOW, THEREFORE
, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
