NFA GENERAL ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FARMER'S GROUP
1. Certificate of accreditation/registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)/Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)/Livelihood Corporation (LIVECOR) or any government agency authorized to accredit farmers' groups.
2. Constritution and by-laws, and list of officers
3. Masterlist of farmer-members including farming status, farm location, hectarage cultivation, variety planted, average total production, average yield/ha. The Masterlist shall be signed by the individual members and certified correct by the Department of Agriculture Officer in their area.
4. Assembly resolution signifying the FG's intent to participate in the NFA's Grains Exchange Program for Farmers' Groups and stating therein authorized Farmers' Group Representative/s who shall represent the FG in all its transaction relative to the program. Accompanying the authorization shall be the representative's specimen signature and two 92) 1x1 ID pictures. Appointment of the representative/s shall be consistent with the fG's constitutioin and by-laws.
