Herewith is the proposed SOP on NFA Communication System designed to ensure an efficient and effective NFA communication system and facilitate tracking of documents for prompt action thereof. This includes the forms of internal communications, classification of information, standardization of internal communication format, numbering of internal communications, designation of a record officer in each dpeartment/office, transmittal system, handling and monitoring of confidential communications, document tracking system and responsibilities of persons/units concerned. Data flow diagrams are also included.
