Gentlemen:

In connection with the NFA Cooperative Development Incentive Fund (CDIF)
Program, we wish to inform you that your accumulated CDF is already inactive . The date of your last transaction with NFA was on _________________________.

In view of the above and as started in the Memorandum of Agreement (MDA), FO’s with inactive CDIF for a period of two (2) years are not anymore entitled to the CDIF being granted by NFA, thus , it is being forfeited.
