Gentlemen:

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have read and fully understood the copy of the Contract of Affreightment (attached hereto as Annex A and to the Invitation to Tender Bid) and we confirm our unconditional conformity with the acceptance of all the terms and conditions thereof without exception. If awarded the bid, we stand committed to sign the CAF as drafted and without amendment.

2. VESSELS

We guarantee to commit the vessels listed in Annex "A" hereof to serve the purpose of the CAF.

5. EXTENSIONS

We confirm this bid is submitted with our full knowledge and consent and that NFA has the right to reject any and all bids and accept only that which is considered by NFA to be most advantageous to NFA and/or the Government. We further confirm and agree that the conditions of this bid and the procedures to carry it out are lawful and in compliance with generally accepted good industry practice.
