With the exemption of Cavite and Batanes, the BTR regionalization policy shall
prevail for purposes of payment of fidelity bond premiums. The Report on
Bonded Officers/Employees and Bonds Cancelled of Mt. Province, Misamis
Occidental and Surigao del Sur shall be submitted to Region I, X, and XI, respectively.
However, a copy of the report shall be furnished the regional office covering the
province per NFA regionalization policy (Region II, IX and X).
